Registrars – Hospital Contract (Up to 1 Year Initially)

We are supporting the recruitment of Registrars across a range of medical and surgical specialties within hospitals in Ireland. These roles provide structured clinical experience, progression within training pathways, and exposure to multidisciplinary acute and elective care settings.

Diagnostics and Imaging:

Key Responsibilities
• Assessment and management of patients under consultant supervision
• Participation in acute care, ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings
• Contribution to on-call rotas where rostered
• Coordination of care between clinical teams and services
• Supervision and support of junior colleagues where appropriate
• Maintenance of accurate clinical records and involvement in audit and governance
Requirements
• Registration with the Irish Medical Council (General or Specialist Division)
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate clinical experience
• Relevant specialty experience for the position being applied to
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary hospital teams
Salary
Senior House Officer (SHO) €53,666 – €73,399
Registrar €68,209 – €80,323
Senior Registrar €81,381 – €99,601
Salary placement is determined according to verified previous training and hospital experience. Additional allowances and on-call enhancements apply where rostered.
