We are recruiting an office administrator in a Hospitality setting in Dublin city centre. Ideally the candidate will have 1+ years administration experience.

Hours are 10:00-18:00 Monday to Friday

  • Accruals
  • Club Calendar
  • PO Control
  • Debtors
  • Daily Banking
  • Time Sheets
  • Invoicing
  • Monthly Reports
  • Shared Inbox
  • Phones
  • Laundry Ordering
  • Office Stationary orders
  • Circle Club Stationary orders

Candidate

At least 1 years’ experience in an administration role. Experience in a related industry would be advantageous.

Ideal candidate is someone with good interpersonal skills, excellent phone manner, organized, concise, quick to learn, good command of Excel and Word.
