Hours are 10:00-18:00 Monday to Friday

- Daily Banking
- Time Sheets
- Invoicing
- Monthly Reports
- Shared Inbox
- Phones
- Laundry Ordering
- Office Stationary orders
- Circle Club Stationary orders
Candidate
At least 1 years’ experience in an administration role. Experience in a related industry would be advantageous.
Ideal candidate is someone with good interpersonal skills, excellent phone manner, organized, concise, quick to learn, good command of Excel and Word.
